| INTRODUCTORY LETTERS PROVIDED | |
| 1. | We furnish employee letters, on your letterhead to each employee (the letter to be prepared or approved by you). |
| 2. | An employee flyer explaining exactly what portraits are available, will be furnished to each family photographed. This allows the family to plan on what the cost will be on any additional portraits they may with to purchase. |
| WE DO THE WORK | |
| 3. | American Heirloom photographics will furnish a telephone receptionist, at our locations, to take appointments for the date of photography. |
| 4. | Each participating employee will receive a beautiful 10 x 13 color unretouched portrait of their entire family, as a gift from your company. |
| PORTRAITURE BY PROFESSIONALS | |
| 5. | Professionally trained photographers will be at your location on specified date of photography, and will take several poses of the family, the parents, and the children. Any additional poses that are requested by the family will also be taken, at no charge. |
| NO LOST TIME | |
| 6. | Our photographers are scheduled in such a manner as to work around all shift rotations, thus resulting in no lost time to your company. |
| THIRTY DAY DELIVERY | |
| 7. | Approximately three (3) weeks after photography date, each family will return to place of photography, and receive their gift portrait. At this time, additional portraits will be offered. However, there is absolutely no obligation to purchase any additional portraits, and pressure sales tactics are not tolerated. (Check our references on this point). |
